2024 rates starting from less than £27 per person per day (fully occupied)
We are trying to avoid any rate increases into 2025 – we realise it may well cost more for our guests to get here and for food, activities, etc. once here. There are also sometimes discounted dates if unbooked, and other ongoing discounts……….

Cancellation Policy
For some security of income, the booking system has cancellation conditions built in (considered “medium” in terms of strictness), as below. However, we would like to be more flexible in some circumstances, as we had to be around Covid, so if you have any issues with this please call to discuss.
